Summary
After two ordinary days, we finally hit the jackpot yesterday (almost).
We totally nailed the West Ham prediction in what people were calling “El Sackico” (love that name, by the way), and talk about drama – Wolves were snapping at their heels, but West Ham and Lopetegui was like “Not today, buddies!” They grabbed their chances like they were the last slices of pizza at a football party, in match that could have gone either way.

But the absolute crown jewel was our Getafe prediction! We called a win by a single goal – whether it’s 1-0, 2-1, you name it. Things looked shaky when Rodriguez popped in a header just 8 minutes in. Was it going to be a goalfest? Holly Molly!
But thankfully – apart from that goal, Getafe was basically playing target practice outside the box. They were launching shots like they were scared of getting into the penalty box, but not really threatening the goal. Classic “looks busy but not actually doing much” football strategy, am we right?

By now, every football fan knows Girona isn’t quite the squad they were last season.
They’ve got a decent squad that’s putting up a fight, but honestly, they’re making a lot of individual mistakes, kinda like someone tipsy trying to text their ex.
Let’s face it: the chances of Girona snagging a win tonight are about as likely as spotting a unicorn doing the mambo in their locker room.
